Rachael Cook

 Rachael Lee Cook was born on October 4, 1979. She has appeared in the movies The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That(99) and Josie and the Pussycats (2000) as well as in the TV series Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart and Robot Chicken are her voices. She also voiced a variety of characters in Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children. Rachael Cook was born in Minneapolis (Minnesota), her parents are Thomas Howard Cook and JoAnn Cook, both of whom are a stand-up comedian and a social worker. Cook is part Italian. Cook was featured in her first public service announcement regarding foster care when she was seven years old. Cook started working as a child-print model at age 10, and was in national advertisements for Target. She was a student at Clara Barton Open School in Clara Barton, Laurel Springs School in Minneapolis, as well as Minneapolis South High School.
