Milana

Milana Aleksandrovna Vayntrub (American actress actor, comedian, activist) is a comedian. She was born in the Soviet Union to Jewish immigrants and began her career after emigrating from Israel to the United States as a child actress. The appearances she made as Lily Adams in AT&T TV commercials from 2013 to 2016 - and then from 2020 on - earned her acclaim. Her commercial appearances were not her only activity she was involved in. She also appeared on the Yahoo! Screen science-fiction show Other Space (2015). She also played a regular role in the NBC drama This Is Us 2016-2017. Vayntrub is also the voice for Squirrel girl on Marvel Rising since 2018, after she was cast in the unaired television pilot New Warriors. Vayntrub is an Uzbek Soviet Socialist Republic (USSR) native and an American Jew. At the age of 2 she left together with her parents to U.S. to escape antisemitism. She settled in West Hollywood. When she was five she began to appear in Mattel Barbie commercials. This was partly due to financial struggles in her family. Vayntrub briefly attended Beverly Hills High School, but she dropped out of the school after her sophomore year, obtained a GED and then went on to earn an Associate of Arts in Communication from the University of California, San Diego. She learned improv comedy from the Upright Citizens Brigade.
